Saturday June 8th is World Ocean’s Day, a day to honor, protect and conserve our world’s oceans.
At Oceanic, we mean business when it comes to preserving our world’s oceans, the big blue sea we love and enjoy each day! Here are a few simple ways you can help make an impact in saving our world’s oceans!
Skip the Straw
Single-use plastics are a major threat to the health of our oceans & planet. Choose to go plastic free when dining at the Oceanic and other area restaurants. In fact, if you really need a straw, we now offer metal straws you can purchase and take home for .50, with ALL proceeds benefiting Oceana.

Beach Clean Up
Heading to the beach, grab your friends and family for a 2-minute beach cleanup. You’d be surprised what a difference those 2 minutes make! The Oceanic team partners with area organizations, such as the Plastic Ocean Project and organizes beach clean ups throughout the year. It’s a great way to engage with the community, unite and make an impact together!
