The LM Restaurants family of brands has been proud to support the North Carolina Azalea Festival for over eight years. This year, we are happy to announce a collaboration bringing a new and exciting Chef Dinner Series to Festival Week. A four course dinner, combined with wine pairings, will be held at Hops Supply Co., Oceanic Restaurant at the Crystal Pier, and Bluewater Grill showcasing the culinary talent of our executive chefs and culinary team.

Celebrate Festival Week with a 4-Course Dinner at Oceanic

Oceanic Restaurant at Crystal Pier is excited to be hosting a Chef Dinner Series with the NC Azalea Festival on Wednesday, April 7th. An exceptional dinner menu has been crafted by Executive Chef Tim Lyons.

Join Festival family and Queen Azalea for a four course meal with wine pairings. Tables are available for purchase – tables of two, four, or six people through the Azalea Festival ticketing office.

1st Course

Diver Scallop Crudo

charred pineapple, jalapeño, crispy pancetta, cilantro oil

Paired with Overstone Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

2nd Course

Cornmeal Fried Oyster

sun-dried tomato relish, cauliflower purée

Paired with Belposto Montepulciano

3rd Course

Grilled Mahi

mushroom vinaigrette, red wine glaze, cheddar grits

Paired with Sileni Pinot Noir “The Plateau”, Hawk’s Bay

4th Course

Ricotta Cheesecake
